how did you become interested in wicca? I was looking for something else, something to believe in that wasn’t absolutely psychotic (I was Catholic at the time, by my parents’ choice).
I was listening to a song by Godsmack on Pandora radio, and I saw in the brief band biography that the lead singer was Wiccan. I had no idea what that meant, so I looked it up, and I literally read one paragraph and knew it was for me.

She is the sacred Oak tree and the ground in which it grows, she is all loving. Embrace her love and she will show herself to you. She will come to your dreams and remind you of her ancient stories.
